Volunteer activities


Volunteer work is self-giving, it is the discovery of other worlds. We at the CSO Guri na Roça have several opportunities, ranging from listening to a child, cooking, organizing, washing, teaching, hugging, among other activities. The volunteer is guided by our team and is free to do what is good for him/her. Voluntary activities can take place once a week or even every day. The most important thing is to take responsibility for moving projects forward.

Maintenance

General painting and maintenance at the headquarters of the Guri na Roça project.

Vegetable garden

Maintenance of the garden and participation in workshops related to planting, harvesting and caring for the garden.

Listener

Hear, understand and interact with the stories of children and teenagers who participate in the reading train.

Educator / teacher

Participate in the after class support and help the educators of the Guri project to develop the activities.

Kitchen

Support in the process of preparing children's lunch and afternoon coffee at the headquarters.

Library

Organize and catalog books from the Guri library at the project headquarters.

Collect donations

Collaborate without leaving home, sharing on the internet the campaigns made by Guri na Roça.
